War Damn Eagle

I sit here on the sofa in my in-laws house, typing on me Julie's laptop, ripping off the neighbors wireless internet. I got my last grade in for my brief graduate school experience, and it was what I needed to graduate. So, I'll be back in town on Sunday to meet up with my parents, and then graduate on Monday. I didn't even really want to walk, but these things are really more for the other people than they are for me anyway. As a grad student, I'll get my diploma thingy before the undergrad hoards, and I wonder what would happen if I just walked off the stage and straight out the door... Meh. We'll see. Anyway, I had a hell of a whirlwind last few days in Auburn, and I'm just thankful I got to see everyone that I did. It was a time filled with memories and dumb luck, and by some grace we were able to get out of there. I'm glad we were able to pass on "the greatest property in Auburn" to such deserving people, and I only ask that they in turn give it away to someone who'll appreciate it. It's just too far nice a property to just go out on the general market. One final note to the new inhabitants...the hatchet of legend was left where I found it. It just didn't seem right to remove it from the property. It is now your charge.

In closing...
War Damn Eagle.
