Yes, I am still here...on so many levels...

Yes, I have not posted in over a month, but I feel I have good reason. I am STILL sitting on the couch in my in-laws house, ripping off the wireless internet from the neighbor. However, we are moving in to our house on Monday. The mortgage company kind of jerked us around a bit, so in truth we will be renting our new house for two weeks prior to us actually owning it. We were a little pissed off about this, but not too much, seeing as we are still getting in to the house the same day we thought we would.
In other news, my videogame playing has been falling behind significantly, except for my free MMORPG that I am constantly checking up on. It's called Dead Awaken, and it is about zombies. Anyway, outside of that, I have barely put any time into my console games, and have in fact not even had my PS2 hooked up for almost a week (mercy). I have been putting in time with Elder Scrolls 3 on my PC, which is an awesome game, with an even awesomer mod community. I'm saving my limited funds as of now as I am antipating the relaease of Bully in a couple weeks. Now that is a game that looks like it is gonna kick some ass. Otherwise, I'm not picking up Dirge of Cerebrus until I master RE4, and I'm not picking up Xenosaga until I play the life completely out of DQ8 (which is as ample as Jesi... nevermind).
On the DVD front, I have recently gotten caught up on Lost and Grey's Anatomy. GA is kind of a guilty pleasure fo me, I constantly find things to complain about, but it is a decent show for what it tries to be, and it's good quality time with the Mrs. On deck now is Arrested Development and Freaks and Geeks. One other thing...what the fuck is up with every station putting their best shows on wedsneday nights? I mean I have a tivo so I'm not screwed until 3 shows are on at the same time, but that shit is SO happening this fall. Anyway.
I'm on book 8 of Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth series, fine reading for those of us who tried to read Aragon and vomited. I tried my hand at the Wheel of Time...didn't stick. I dunno. It's hard to get in to a whole new fantasy world and try to absorb it...or get absorbed into it I suppose. It helps when it is reco'd by someone, but it seems that everyone who ever reco'd the WoT series to me always added in that it was SO much better than all the other fantasy novel series. And, as many of you know, I hate it when people say crap like that and tend to throw the reco right ou t the fucking window. But I digress.
So that is about all I have to say about the three things that dominate 90% of my personal budget (to hell with clothes). We leave for Memphis this Monday...where hopefully things will work out. I trust this blog entry finds you well, faithful reader, as I likewise trust that we will someday soon be reunited in alcoholic celebration. Most likely the Florida game. War Damn Eagle. Allright, time to head back over to my online obsession and see how the chained up zombie outside my ranch house is doing. I named him Reggie.

I just now got yours and Julie's singing birthday greeting! My phone "ate it" in the sense that it put it in my saved messages for some reason.

You NEED to get Disgaea 2. Buy it ASAP because once it sells out, you probably won't be able to find it. I looked up Disgaea 1 on Ebay and its talked with the head of HR at the job fair, and he was pushing me to apply soon, so thats gottgoing for $80. Ack! But you DONT have to play the first one, they are seperate stories. Its a SRPG, alot like Tactics, but much harder and really funny. It was put out by NIS America, and was done by Nippon Ichi, who is a strategy RPG god. You can put 200+ hours into this game just leveling up your characters and weapons.
At least go to the website for me!!!

Jesus. Disregard the the "talked to the head of HR at the job fair, and he was pushing me to apply soon, so thats gott"
I'm applying for a job at the DIA. That was meant for my parents. Apparently it pasted that the first time there instead of the website at the bottom. Stupid computers.

Although I was a little confused, I just kind of read it like a frantic rant that drifted off of the topic and then back on...A little confusing to be sure, but very much well understood by one as lucid toward sanity as I am. I ultimately got the point, and I will look in to it...just gotta secure some funds first.
